You do not have to be a new-comer to the area to register with our surgery. If you are considering changing from your current practice, and fall in our catchment area, we would be happy to hear from you. If you do not fall in our catchment area we will be unable to accept you as a registered patient. You can seek further advice via NHS choices website or calling the CCG PALS which you can contact them on 01952 580407.
Our catchment area covers:
- Lawley Bank
- Dawley Bank
- Lawley Common
- Little Wenlock
- New Works
We now have a temporary extended catchment area, please contact the surgery for more information.
If you wish to register with our practice you may approach our receptionists who will guide you through the simple process of registration. You will be asked to complete a registration form.
We have to inform you of your named GP when you register at the practice. For more information please see this letter - Named GP
Registering from Mailing Health
If you are a patient registered at Malling Wrekin and looking to register at this Surgery, please note you may not be within our patient catchment boundary. Details about our catchment area can be found under the “New Patients” section on this website.
Please also note that until the Teldoc merger of IT systems is complete, we cannot register patients that fall outside our boundary, but fall within the greater Teldoc boundary. For example if you live in Wellington then you don’t fall in our catchment area, but may fall in Leegomery or Hadley who are also part of the Teldoc surgery group and you will need to contact them on the number below.
If you believe you may be in the greater Teldoc boundary then the following contacts may help with your registration query –
For catchment area of Oakengates surgery – Teldoc - Oakengates surgery 01952 620077
For catchment areas falling in Malinslee, Aqueduct, Lightmoor, Leegomery, Madeley, Hadley Surgeries – Teldoc-Trinity Surgery 03300 536 456
