How to make an Appointment

To make an appointment please call the Surgery on (01952) 560011. Please make one appointment for each patient. Request a double appointment if you know you will need more time.

Urgent appointments can normally be made for the same day. Urgent appointments are only long enough to deal with the urgent problem.

Patients can request an appointment with a GP of their choice. It may not be possible to see the doctor of your choice within 48 Hours. Patients who need to be seen within 48 hours must be prepared to accept an appointment with an available doctor.

Patient Responsibility

Please make every effort to keep your appointment. Please cancel the appointment if it is no longer required or no longer convenient. Remember another patient can have your appointment if you cancel as soon as possible.
